What happens when one goes to college? That's what College University, a continuing series explores. Except this college is the only one in the world to welcome primates in its ranks. In the first episode, freshmen Mike and Parks leave their home to go to college. On their way, they have a hit and run with something that might come back and haunt them later. It's all because of the underwear.

The story has as a tight plot, although, it is very long. They could have edited out much to streamline the story. Some shots, like when Mike is trying to park the car, are redundant and useless. Shots like that add some dimension and personality to the characters, but it is not necessary. The jokes are few, but the setup for future Webisodes is developed properly.

The visual style of the characters seems like a mix between Doonesbury and the Simpsons The animation, however, is far more simple than the Simpsons. The Parkers make don't hesitate to create lots of animation of objects such as cars. More background music would have added to the personality of the project. Finally, the compression of the sound was a little too much.
