    Bob The Ball: Episode 1
    Rail Entertainment
    Creators: Micheal Laskaris
    Length: 2 minutes
    Watch The Cartoon

Bob The Ball is the first Webisode of a series with a talking red ball that belongs to a boy named Billy. In this episode, Bob has to protect a homeless hobo who saved him earlier from evil Nazi pirates. Bob is lots, and the pirates seem determined to steal the burger from the hobo. Can Bob defeat the pirates and find his way back to Billy's home?

This story is narrated as if it were a child's book. The captions are available under the images. Although friendly looking, this story is not meant for kids as there are curses and some violence. The story's structure is impeccable and although a story based on a talking red ball seems stupid at first, it's difficult to interrupt the story. There are a few Easter eggs in the story, so pay attention.

Laskaris experimented a lot with this project. He used Poser characters and 3D. Instead of using straight animation, he inserts illustrations using a non realistic 3D renderer to give a coloured pencil look to the familiar Poser characters. Laskaris could improve the posing of the Poser character, but it's fun refreshing to see a Flash cartoon with a different look once in a while.
