Good To Be In D.C. The cartoon starts with President Bush checking the latest polls. Dick Cheney comforts him alluding that if they need an extra push to break the tie that's dividing America, he has the means to change that. The rest of the story deals with everybody singing about their activities in Washington, D.C. That includes in the press room, the offices, and of course, in the bed room!
The collage animation technique used by Jib Jab is the same. The characters' and the backgrounds are better this time and less rough. It shows that they've been practising. The compression artifacts from previous cartoons are gone too. The animation sequences are in total sync with the song. The story is not as captivating as This Land, but the animation more than makes up for that.
