Marcus Peblo Jimashee is the prologue to the Marcus Peblo series that's been running for years. In the epilogue, Eric Black briefly introduces the epic that's about to begin. The angel Parkinious, blows a feather hoping it will reach Marcus, a little boy who can save the angel from its prison. However, the road is long and the feather must travel long dangerous paths. Will it make it to Marcus?

Based on the animation alone, it's very difficult to understand the scope of the story. Though a narrator explains the story briefly, I had to read the text next to the prologue to understand what this project is about. Nevertheless, the pilot seemed like a good trailer showcasing the depth of this story. That's where Black's challenge lay. His story is so epic and big that explaining in this prologue was hard.

Black's animation and techniques are unique and some best I have seen. Although he does character animation, the strength of his project is not that. It's the extensive motion graphics work and matte painting he used in this Webisode. I have never seen something similar. A master Photoshop painter, Black's work will make you hungry for more and make you forget the complexity of the plot.
