Created in March 2002 by 27-year old Hervé St.Louis, Coolstreak Cartoons Inc. produces multimedia titles and offers cartoon animation services. Receiving a grant from the Montreal's Mayor Foundation for Young Entrepreneurs and Société de développement des entreprises culturelles (Sodec), Coolstreak is part of Montreal's Young Chamber of Commerce. Under the banner of Toon Doctor, the company continues its foray in the world of Flash cartoon animation.

Besides developing and diustributing original multimedia titles, Coolstreak Cartoons at Toon Doctor, the company operates The Comic Book Bin, Canada's largest comic book site. The Francophone version of Doctor Flash can be found at Docteur Flash.com.
