Valeri's Annie is a series of animations about a beautiful raven hair girl whose main purpose is to evoke feelings and create a response in the viewer. Valeri does with Macromedia Flash what others have done in film and poetry for years. They talk about a woman and it's not what they say that really matters. It's how we feel about what all our senses have discovered after watching Annie.

Not much happens in Annie Eclipse. It's almost like a music video with shots a girl. The Webisode is divided into two parts. The first part, with music shows us a girl walking in the streets, relaxing, stroking her hands and moving slowly. In the second part, there is no music, but background sounds, surrounding Annie's room. She speaks a few words in Japanese, that don't mean much.

Annie is a mix of illustration with brief animations. Most of the illustrations were bitmaps converted into vectors. The colour palette stays with dark blues that gives the animation much of its ambiance. There are a few motion tweens and some shape morphs in the blinds. The music and sound effects account for much of the project's success and ability to connect with viewers.
