In this Webisode, Kegel goes tricks or treat with some friends. They decide to knock on the door of the Creepiest Creepy in the hopes of getting some sweet candies. Although the Creepiest Creepy is a difficult guy to understand, Kegel and his friends get some surprising gifts for Halloween. Now that the creepiest creepy has shown interest in Kegel and his friends, will they return the favour?

The first part of the story is aimless. Kegel is walking alone on a deserted field at night, and it's never explained what he's doing there. Even when joined by his friends, it's still difficult to understand what the story is about. It's only when the Creepiest Creepy opens the door that we finally get the purpose of the story. To help new viewers, one needs a short backgrounder on Kegel's friends.

The animation is the best part of this project, as the plot seems random and patched up without forethought. The characters' design is soft and competent. Their animations are smooth and timed. The visual quality of this project is really above averaqge. The voice acting is more than decent. The animations tell us that Donaldson is a pro, but the plot tells us he's not a good writer.
