Remi is a pilot for a series featuring a woman with special abilities. The pilot asks "If you had super powers, what would you do? We proceed to see what Remi decides to do with her powers. Besides the pilot, Moore did not publish the promised episodes on the Web site, but perhaps it was a short composite for a television cartoon animation series. Nevertheless, it was a good start.
As an introductory pilot, there isn't much story behind this short. It's a quick fight and we don't really understand what Remi's powers are, although, martial arts' skills may be one of her things. The pilot tries to show Remi as a mysterious character and it succeeds very well. It makes the viewer want to find out more. Let's hope that this pilot will have a follow up very soon.
Remi looks more like a European/South American comic book character, like Cybersix than a Flash cartoon. There is fake frame by frame animation that works most of the time. The colours and designs are simple and not really comic book-like. A little more work would make this series unique. For example, soft tracing her hair instead of leaving the base black contours would help.
