In Bumble Beeing: The Butterfly Effect two small bugs caught in the wind tunnel of a rolling car ask themselves if they can make a difference in the world. As one of them, a white looking bee is hurt and is already bleeding green sludge, it really hopes that it could escape and do something big. However, time is rolling by quickly, and it's not sure if the bugs can hold out much longer. Will they escape?

While waiting for the cartoon to download, viewers can treat themselves to an insider's commentary given by one of the co-star of this short cartoon, the butterfly. This story, of course is based on the old saying that a butterfly flapping its wings, can cause a hurricane or another natural disaster much farther. Perhaps there is hope after all for the bugs.

The characters' designs and the animation are simple, yet the style and the interpretation of the shot are originals. It's fun to see a cartoon with so much forethought in the design. Blob uses a continuous camera for most of the cartoon that is well edited. The cartoon's dialogues are very compressed, but it fits since the bugs' speeches have a canned tone.
