G.I. Joe is a parody of the public announcement messages that followed every episode of the 1980s G.I. Joe animated television series. After each episode, a member of the G.I.Joe Team would advise kids about matters of safety, friendship, health and so on. In this episode, Duke, G.I.Joe's popular staff sergeant stops a bullying attempt on a kid with glasses. Will he prevail?

This is a short and funny story that pokes fun the "The Other Half of the Battle" slogan used in the G.I. Joe's public announcement messages. What's even funnier, is that the victim never gets to say a word after Duke arrives. All the attention is on the bullies. The kids' reactions are also very similar to the corny automated messages public messages would use to characterize kids in those days.

The design of the project is strong. Craddock recreated Duke entirely in Flash. Looking at the Flash version of Duke, one notices the simplicity in the original design used in the cartoon series. The kid's all have the same faces, which is fine. Although they have a lot of facial expressions, Craddock used too much ease in and ease out in his motion tween animations.
