Often have to work on Wordpress projects for clients. Sure Wordpress is free and full of plug ins, skins and a large user base. But it's basically unstable and full of security holes and shady plug ins.
Doing professional projects using Wordpress often amounts to more money being spent than using a commercial contents management system. I'm not sure if the free aspect of WP is worth all the cussing and instability of the application.
Things to ponder the next time someone asks me to work with Wordpress.
